My order was not delivered, the tracking shows that. I paid for shipping insurance. Despite 4 emails to customer service requesting a refund, there has been no response to those emails.

Don't buy there, its absolutely super bad quality coming directly from China. You find it every where much cheaper . if I see it in real, I would never buy it, not for 5 Euros. If here god comments, they pay for it I guess.

Rational Popular is a scam!
Rational Popular is NOT going out of business, their original prices are vastly inflated, and the pictures don't match the items! I ordered what looked like a beautiful silver ring with gold threads wrapped around the top; I received a cheap metal ring with cheap metal threads that wasn't even worth the $9.99 US they charged. When I asked for a refund, they offered me $2 US!

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! It's cheap, almost like kids jewellery! The stones are very fake, plastic. I spent £47.49 and I want a full refund. Well, seems they don't understand English: they first offered me $6, then $10, last email was $20...It's a joke 🙄 😡

Although the photos of their products on their website look lovely the actual items are not. I ordered five pairs of earrings when they arrived. They were made out of cheap metal and plastic. Some of the earrings actually looked like they had some kind of photo of a stone glued on. One pair of earrings appeared to be made of painted plastic. After many,many emails back-and-forth with the company I finally managed to get half of my money returned. they started with offering me four dollars return on my $46 US. Each subsequent email had a more threatening tone as to how much it was going to cost me to return the earrings to China and stated that my bank was going to charge me five dollars to process the return. This company is not going out of business as advertised, but is simply a total scam. Stay away! If you read all the positive reviews on here, you will notice small weird grammatical errors very typical of fake reviews.

I found the site difficult to negociate, when buying several items. However, having given up several times, l finally worked through, eliminating and correcting mistakes. I hope it was worth it.

My online shopping experience was very satisfying. The images of the products were vivid and I could immediately tell if I would like them. Your catalogue of accessories are completely my style. In my follow up review I will say how I found the delivery time and if the products match up to my expectation. And they have not so far. Very disappointed with one more delivery to go.

I have not ordered, I checked all reviews and have decided against placing an order. The first review is in February which said the products were not of the quality she expected, hardly any of the other reviewers have actually received their order. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

Everything looks attractive
I was particularly keen on viewing the vintage earrings of which there were many. I should have liked a bit more idea of the length of the earrings but as they were not modeled by either a human being or wig head it was difficult to say. There was also very little information on the pieces. This accounts for my giving only 4 stars. However they all look beautiful and I’ve now ordered 4 pairs of earrings and hope my faith pays off.

Ordered a pair of earrings for my mother for Mother’s Day. The money left my account but I never received a confirmation email or receipt. After waiting several days I contacted customer service and received a rude response saying I never placed the order, yet they sure took my money. Avoid this website and go somewhere legitimate.
