I used Recoverit after my SD card became corrupted at the end of a filmed session. The footage included the centerpiece interviews for my project. Recoverit recovered some files, but it failed to recover four large, essential video files. Without them, the project cannot proceed. I then contacted customer support to request a refund. I understand your terms state that EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Instead of receiving a clear answer about how that right applied to my purchase, I was repeatedly asked to provide logs to demonstrate that recovery had failed. I spent hours trying to reach a person who could address my refund request, but I did not receive a direct resolution. Please confirm whether you will refund the $77. If you believe I’m not eligible to withdraw from this purchase, please explain the specific reason and identify the term or legal basis you’re relying on. I’m disappointed with both the recovery outcome and the difficulty of getting a clear response from support. I hope you’ll resolve this promptly.
