Customer Service is terrible. Ordered a battery charger and then saw an ad one day later for the same charger $20 less. Reached out and asked for an adjustment and response was just refuse initial order and reorder. Refused initial order, RedOdo has still not refunded order even after having product back in warehouse for 10 business days.

Over conventional batteries this battery is the best battery I’ve ever used by far. After trolling around for six hours, I only use 12% of the battery power. Absolutely love and recommend this battery to anyone.

Have not received shipping information or my purchase. I called customer service and the person that answered sounded like they were answering their personal phone. There was no greeting about the company. I didn't know if I had the right number or not. She eventually told me she would reach back out to me about my purchase, but still have but heard anything back. This was an expensive purchase for my business!!! I would’ve given him a five but their delivery and product are good but their directions as far as setting up the battery monitor is very poor and their customer service phone and online is minimal I had to go to YouTube to find out how to program the monitor and it works great now

Changed from 2-12V AGM batteries to 1-24V LiFePO4 battery for my 24V trolling motor. Works perfect, shipping was fast. Connecting to the phone app was simple. Like that feature, checking battery status on shore and on the water. Size fit fine with minimum modification as the height of the new battery was slightly taller than the previous one (had to fit into a bow compartment under a seat).
