Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, however we must address a number of important points for clarity. At the time of your treatment, you were fully informed of the available options, the expected outcomes, and the applicable warranty terms. These were explained to you prior to proceeding, and you chose to go ahead on that basis. Following your recent contact, you requested that your crowns and implants be replaced free of charge. Unfortunately, this is not in line with our warranty policy. As outlined in your agreement, any issues arising after a significant period of time are considered normal wear and tear, and replacement or remedial treatment is therefore chargeable. Due to the length of time that has passed since your original treatment, your case falls outside of the warranty coverage. In addition, we clearly state within our terms that we do not cover flight tickets or accommodation costs for any treatment required beyond one year from the original procedure. We always aim to support our patients where possible and provide appropriate guidance based on clinical assessment and policy. At no point were threats made; however, we do reserve the right to respond appropriately to any statements that may be inaccurate or damaging.
