I used to work in IT and supported about 50 end users that were working from home after Covid hit us and it was fantastic. Most everything I had to fix I was able to do from the office. I am retired now and will use it to help out family and friends when they have a computer problem.

I needed to access a friends PC when he had issues. He's not a PC whizz and was easily confused so getting him to install things and click stuff to access his Mac and a PC remotely was an obstacle. I needed an app that just lets me in, works, and was cheap, if not free. Remote Utilities does all of this and, is totally free! I have used it for months now and it has not 'expired' or restricted me and so think this is one of the easiest and most useful apps I have. Would 100% recommend to anyone, inc business as you can 'view' up to 10 devices, also 100% free!
