It is very easy to setup
This is probably the best remote access management utility
This is probably the best remote utilities out there. For someone who just wants to access 1 or 2 computers (it allows 10), it's a totally free tool. Something rarer and rarer each day. It has a host/server component and a viewer which you use to access your hosts. You can even have your own server to generate a unique ID instead of trusting the company server, and as a plus, MFA can be used also to access your hosts (I use Authy for this purpose). The connection is stable, and features like file transfer and full management are available. It's indeed a great tool that I've been using for more than 4 years now.

I have been using remote utilities to access our POS , security and inventory systems from my home office and also when i work out of my car. It has been a lifesaver so that I do not have to be at the business to work and get roped into other tasks. Great program

I have been extremely impressed with this remote access software. Installation and setup were incredibly easy, and it worked perfectly the first time with very little configuration required. The remote connection is excellent. I experienced virtually no noticeable lag between the computers, and the overall experience was smooth and responsive. At times, it felt almost as though I was sitting directly in front of the host computer. One feature I was particularly impressed with was the ability to remotely reboot the host computer. The reboot worked flawlessly, and I was able to reconnect and log back into Windows remotely without any problems, including navigating Windows security. I also used ChatGPT extensively during the remote session, and it performed perfectly. There was no noticeable difference compared with using it directly on the host computer. Overall, the software has exceeded my expectations. It is easy to install, simple to use, fast, responsive, and, most importantly, reliable. ★★★★★ 5 out of 5 stars I would have no hesitation recommending this software to anyone looking for a dependable and easy-to-use remote access solution. An excellent piece of software that simply works!
