Our missed appointment policy is in place because late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other patients who may need care. The fee associated with missed appointments is outlined when appointments are scheduled, and we strive to be consistent and fair in applying this policy. We’d also like to clarify that appointment times are selected by clients based on their availability. We offer a wide range of appointment options, including evening hours, to accommodate individuals across multiple time zones and varying schedules. It's unfortunate that we received a one star review for a client missing an appointment, when our service was otherwise satisfactory.
