Hi John! Thank you for your feedback! We’re so happy you are happy with the products! I’m very sorry for the odd shaped packages. I can assure you the meat has not been thawed and then refrozen. Sometimes when the meat gets packaged and if it’s not stacked just right before freezing, the packages can mold and freeze into odd shapes. We support small family owned processing facilities that don’t have some of the same commercial equipment that larger operations use. So even though it doesn’t always look as presentable as we’d like, it is still perfectly safe to consume. Again, I’m very sorry about that. We truly do appreciate your support more than you can imagine. Thank you so much John!!🙏🏻🥰

Hey Susan! You have been with us for a while and we are super grateful for the support that you have given us all this time! Thank you for letting us be your farmer! You are a blessing to our small family regenerative farms!!🙏🏻🥰

Hi Jeff! Thank you for the feedback and for giving us a try. We’re truly sorry the steaks didn’t meet your expectations. Each beef we deliver is grass fed and finished from the day it’s born to when it is harvested and this sometimes creates inconsistent sizes in the primal cuts amongst animals and may occasionally affect appearance, weight and thickness of individual steak cuts. Although there will be some inconsistencies from time to time, what we can offer consistently is quality and the health benefits of our grass fed and finished beef. We truly do appreciate you giving us a try! Thank you Jeff! 🙏🏻🥰

Hey Mark! We hate you had that outcome with the first order, but so glad the replacement showed up in good shape! We truly do appreciate the support you have given us. Thank you for helping us improve our current food system by supporting regenerative agriculture and small family farms.🥰🙏🏻
