The account came perfectly fine.. but after further inspecting I noticed there’s a purchase on the Genshin account; meaning there’s no way to ever fully secure it even if you change the email and password. after a few hours of my making my order, customer service contacted me to let me know they did not have my product in stock and if i wanted the same account on another server.
