Hi Helen! Thank you for taking the time to review our Gummies. As with any supplement, it is a process to see how much you need to take to get optimal results. Some people take 2 gummies each night, while some may only need one. Also, it is a build-up; meaning you may not "feel" totally relaxed after taking one gummy on the first night. After being consistent for a few weeks, you will start to enjoy faster relaxation and better sleep!

Hi Angelina - This review is a surprise! We have been in communication with you from the very start regarding this issue. Your gummies melted (along with the ice-pack meant to keep them cool during shipping) because you were on vacation and the package sat in your front yard "exposed to the scorching heat of the sun". After receiving your email regarding this, we explained that we are aware that our gummies melt when left outside in high temps. We then offered you 3 options: get a full refund, have a replacement shipment sent out, or wait for 5 days for our new and improved gummies, that will NOT melt because they are made with pectin, not gelatin. You choose a refund. We immediately issued a full refund and told you that you did not have to return the melted gummies and to just thrown them away. You thanked us, in fact you said "Thank you so much!".
