To be clear about our actual cancellation process: it's genuinely one click through your dashboard. No escalation, no Tier 2 support, no multi-day timelines. It's instant and self-service. And if you ever want help, our support team ([email protected]) boasts a max 24-hour turnaround, and we're known for being really understanding and generous with refunds and resolutions - you can see that throughout our reviews. On the pricing structure: our plans are laid out transparently at checkout, and customers choose what works for their situation. Many people prefer shorter plans because most job searches last a few months - they don't want to commit to a full year. Different plans serve different needs. On the comparison to general AI tools: I'd gently push back here. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are fantastic general tools, but they're not purpose-built for this. That's a standard setup. On the "free AI tools are better" point — they're not really comparable. Generic AI tools like ChatGPT are trained on the whole internet, which means they rely on whatever resume advice happens to be out there (a lot of which is outdated or wrong), and they leave an "AI fingerprint" that hiring managers are now actively screening for.
