You are simply messy!!!!! Instead of suggesting a good edits for my CV, you take as basis a template you built from my CV itself and suggest edits on that.. I cannot follow you Not able to really give good advice. As for the LinkedIn profile make over, I upload my current LinkedIn profile, you suggest some changing, giving a low score, I update my profile with your changes and still you tell me to edits the same changes you suggested.. Do you want to get people insane???
Hey Luciano! I hope you're well. Thanks for the feedback - let me clear a couple of things up, because I think the tool can work much better for you than it has. On the resume edits: you've actually got two modes to choose from. There's autofix, which does all the fixes for you and puts them into a fresh ATS-ready template - so you don't have to make changes manually. But if you'd rather keep your own template, there's manual mode, where you make the suggested fixes yourself in your existing document. Sounds like the template-rebuild approach wasn't what you wanted, so manual mode is probably the better fit for you. On the LinkedIn review: that one's unusual and shouldn't happen. If you updated your profile with the suggested changes and the tool still flagged the same things, something's off - it's possible the changes didn't save through, or something else got picked up. That's not normal behavior, and we'd genuinely like to look into it for you. Could you reach out to us at [email protected]? This newsletter is literally amazing and so helpful! I usually read a few newsletters ‘chapters’ at the same time to catch up especially when I am off work and I need motivation and new energy to start the week again. These chapters help so much, I love them. I get so many insightful ideas. I’d like to share one quick and easy one: on a chapter about stop apologizing and being confident without being arrogant, I really liked how Rohan suggested to say ‘Thank you for your patience’ instead of ‘Sorry for the delay’. As I work in the hospitality industry with customers every day, when they experience a delay and I say the former, they feel better right away…so thanks Rohan for this newsletter!
