REVIVA | CORE

Hi Steve, we’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. We did communicate on our website at the time of ordering that there would be temporary fulfillment delays while we were away, but we understand that waiting can still be frustrating. We’re now back to full strength, all outstanding orders have been fulfilled, and orders are once again shipping on our normal schedule. If there’s anything about your order that still hasn’t been resolved, please reach out to us directly—we’d be happy to help.

Hi Heath — we take this seriously, but we do not sell or ship to Australia and are unable to locate any order or communication under your name. We also do not use WhatsApp to request payments or taxes. This is a known scam tactic used by third parties and is not associated with our business. If you believe you were contacted by someone impersonating our brand, please reach out to [email protected] so we can help investigate.

Appreciate the kind words, glad everything was smooth and easy. Thank you for taking the time to share!

Thanks for the review and for the kind words about the pricing, that means a lot. You’re absolutely right about the shipping delay. I was traveling that week and our small operation fell behind a little, and I take full responsibility for that. If you’d like, send us a note and I’ll gladly set you up with a discount code for your next order as a thank-you for your patience. Appreciate you being part of the early REVIVA | CORE community.
