Terrible experience and dishonest practices. I purchased the Basic plan on October 7, 2026, but my account was initially broken and completely unactivated, showing zero words and payment failure errors for days despite money being successfully deducted from my Mastercard
When support finally "fixed" it, I discovered their platform has a severe bug: it drains your word balance massively out of proportion. Entering a short text of only 52 words incorrectly deducts over 160 words in a single run. Because of this software malfunction, their system falsely claimed I exceeded their 1,000-word limit.
Even after providing clear video proof of their broken platform draining words unfairly, they are now refusing to issue a proper full refund, hiding behind their broken policy while stealing customer money. Avoid this platform completely if you don't want your funds drained by buggy software and terrible support.

Beware of Rewritify’s Unethical Auto-Renewal Practices
If possible, I would give Rewritify a score of 0. This company automatically enrolls customers in an auto-renewal service and charges them again when the subscription ends. Even if the customer hasn’t used the service, they refuse to provide a refund and their attitude is extremely unprofessional.

Very poor experience. I’m using the unlimited plan, but whenever I provide bullet-point sentences for humanization, Rewritify converts everything into a long paragraph instead of keeping the bullet-point format. This completely changes the structure of my content and makes the output difficult to use. I expect the rewritten version to maintain the same bullet points and formatting as my original text. Very disappointing service, especially after paying for an unlimited plan.

I had a very bad experience from this application. I never used it may mistakenly i took their subscription and they charged 280 dollars to me. I am requesting them everyday to give me refund as i never used your application. But they are not even replying. This is how they treat their customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I subscribed to this service, but when I tried to cancel my subscription, I found that there was no cancellation option available in my account. I also tried to contact customer support using the email addresses provided, but both messages were returned as undeliverable.
Despite this, my card was charged under the name **"AD TEXT GUARD."** As a customer, I expect a transparent cancellation process and working support channels.
I am publicly requesting that the company:
* Cancel my subscription immediately.
* Stop any future recurring charges.
* Refund the amount that was charged.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue with a dispute through my bank and report this situation to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
I hope the company responds quickly and resolves this matter professionally.

I strongly advise against purchasing the Rewritify subscription. It significantly degrades the quality of the text by using awkward wording and poor sentence structure. It even changes numbers and digits on its own, which can lead to serious inaccuracies in academic writing. My experience with it has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, it deserves a zero-star rating. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Works much of the time but sometimes there text is too technical and when it humanizes, it doesn't make particular sense. I would say it gets me a decent response but far from perfect.
