I ordered the Grey Goose Anniversay bottles and received some garbage. They sent me three miniature figurines that looked cheap and poorly made. I was expecting the large beautiful liter hand crafted bottles like the ones in their advertisement. I was disappointed and disgusted. I stopped payment immediately and now my credit score is dropping. These guys are con artists and shisters .They definitely deserved to be investigated by the state and federal attorney General for massive fraud and criminal conduct.
I ordered the anniversary edition of Grey Goose Vodka several weeks ago through this website, but I have yet to receive my shipment. The tracking link provided has not been updated since the order was placed, leaving me unable to determine the status of my delivery. Attempts to contact customer service for a refund or further assistance have been unsuccessful; I have not received any responses. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this website, as it appears to be a scam.
The worst company ever. I purchased an internet device that would not even turn on and the company refunded me $10. They had to have known the product didn’t work and refused to take the product back. Fraudulent and scamming people for their hard earned money. Disgusting.
HORRIBLE!
NEVER again will I order from this fraudulent company! We placed an order for these "beautiful handmade by veterans" patriot wreaths that were supposed to be full and 16 in wide. What we got was a 12 in piece of crap that was not full by any means and actually pathetic. I am so tired of companies such as this one to be allowed to do business.
Now I have to fight with them to get reimbursed!
Ordered a patriotic wreath for 29.99 with shipping and handling paid 37.33, Took over 30 days to get here and very disappoinited. It is just some felt and ribbon. Very flimmzy and poorly put together
Rinamond NEW parent company Boom Clothing Trading INC Rianmond parent company Wanyi Trading…
AVOID - DO NOT fall for the deceptive advertising there is NO Ethan and he didn't come back from WAR a changed man. Update Rianmond's changed parent company name. The NEW name is Boom Clothing Trading INC with the same address as before: 113 S. Gillette Ave, Num 225; Gillette WY 82716. They removed the phone number which was a mobile out of Portland Oregon. Email support at Rianmond dot com remains the same; notice customer support responds during Asia business hours which happen to be 14 hours ahead of Wyoming. Surprise surprise. It sucks Shop App [Shopify shopping app] allows for this misleading advertising. There are ruled in advertising - deception is a rule breaker. Federal Law — 15 U.S.C. § 52 & § 54
Rianmond parent company Wanyi Trading Company INC operates out of China not USA. All items ship directly from China. Shell address in Wyoming 113 South Gillette Ave #225, Gillette WY 82716 listing a Portland Oregon phone number 503-422-6325 voicemail box is FULL only allowing for SMS. Supposedly I bought a Patriotic Door Wreath Handmade in USA by Ethan [Ai photo of a Veteran] giving a story he "came back a changed man" etc. Other photos which I would guess were hijacked from others InstaGram or FaceBook posts to fluff up the narrative. They aimed to make money on 250 Anniversary of Americas independence, without understanding the legality in advertising practices. If I had it to do all over again I would just go to Hobby Lobby and buy it there or commission an actual Veteran. I would not recommend Rianmond for anyones shopping...
Dentures, I ordered have turned up but they’re not the ones I ordered. You have to make them yourself. It doesn’t say that it says it comes complete and all you have to do is put them in water
Wish I could give no stars. Please don't waste your money on this company. It is not based in the USA, the product is cheaply made and you will never get a full refund.
