We're sorry your clock-in experience with Rippling has lived up to expectations. The verification steps you're encountering are typically configured by your employer's admin to meet their security or compliance requirements — they aren't set by Rippling. Your employer can submit a ticket with the Rippling Help Center to explore alternative clock-in settings that better accommodate your team. Your employer has the option to decide how you receive a paycheck and Rippling accommodates both direct deposit and paycheck by mail options. The Rippling team confirmed that there was no security breach on Rippling's side, but rather your user account was personally compromised and not secured by an MFA. Your account team confirmed that this was since amended by your internal superadmin. If you need additional support, your internal superadmin can file a Support ticket via the Rippling Help Center.
