Regarding the rate adjustment, there are times when increased demand around a customer's preferred shipment dates can result in limited carrier availability. In those situations, customers may choose to proceed with an optional rate increase to help secure a carrier sooner, wait until additional carriers become available, or cancel the order at no charge. We also apologize for the damage to your solar light. As discussed, we issued a $50 refund to help offset the cost of the damaged item.
