Rocket Rx

Greetings! We're happy to hear that you have had a great experience with us! We appreciate your feedback regarding our verification process, customer support, quick delivery, and affordable prices. Your kind words mean the world! It's wonderful to know we've made such a positive impact!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the process may not feel as quick as expected. To ensure patient safety and comply with prescribing regulations, we must follow telehealth policies that vary by state. In some states, a video consultation with a provider is required before a prescription can be issued or refilled, and we’re required to follow those rules. If you’d prefer to avoid a video consultation with every reorder, you may want to consider starting a subscription. With a subscription, most patients only need a video consultation up to twice per year, depending on their state. Our team is always happy to help if you need assistance activating a new subscription.

Hello, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear the questionnaire was simple to navigate while still being thorough and easy to understand. It’s great to know you felt comfortable with the recommendations and that the site addressed your needs and concerns, especially when it comes to prescription considerations. We truly appreciate your trust and kind words—thank you for choosing us! 🙏

Hello there! We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear you're having a good experience so far! We value your business and look forward to fulfilling our delivery promise to you!
