Rock West Composites

Communication with our customers and their orders is a top priority to ensure on-time delivery and quality products. We will pass the praises to our team for providing you with excellent service.

We have an outstanding shipping department that takes pride in ensuring every customer's order is packaged with care. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you.

We are glad to hear your enthusiasm about your order. Being able to incorporate the drop-ship process with third parties has enabled us to expand the range of products we sell on our website.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the miscommunication you received. We are continuously improving our processes to keep the inventory up to date, unfortunately, technology often has the upper hand, and we find glitches that we quickly attend to. This happened to be one that we did not catch earlier. We hope that the product you received has been satisfactory.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Yes, you paid for 2 Days, but our system captured it incorrectly. We did submit a refund for the shipping that you paid. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.

We appreciate the information you provided. However, our [email protected] is the best way to reach out to our team. Our shipping team's number one focus is processing orders while leaving the interactions with our customer service team.

Thank you for your review. I will be sure to pass the message to our shipping team.

Thank you for your recent review. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services. While you state that the specs were inaccurate, the item you ordered is a "stock" item and provides a PDF tolerance according to its dimensions. We ask customers who need a tighter tolerance or want to use stock items with a slightly custom modification to submit a request through our website or [email protected]. This will ensure we can meet your expectations.

Thank you for submitting a review, as this helps us better our processes to meet our customer's needs and standards of satisfaction. While we did not meet your expectations, I see that you placed an order on 02/15/25 and requested to cancel, which was done on 02/17/25. You then placed an order on 03/14/25, and since Rock West Composites works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, the new order was not received until the following Monday. Unfortunately, some of the items you ordered were out-of-stock; at this point, an email was provided on 03/18 with a ship date of 04/05, which was a Saturday and should have been listed as 04/07. You provided an address change, and we shipped accordingly, having your order arrive no later than Wednesday, April 9th. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. With future orders, please reach out to [email protected] to ask for the availability of the product before placing your order.

Thank you for submitting a review. This helps us improve our processes to meet our customers' needs and standards of satisfaction. This information is exactly what we are looking for, and we will pass it along to our team to improve the signage in our Will Call area.

Thank you for the review! We look forward to working with you and providing you with quality products.

Thank you for the review! We value your business and are happy to hear that we met your expectations.
