While we strive to help as many business owners as possible, there are situations where, during our review process, information comes to light that impacts a lender's ability or willingness to move forward. Out of respect for our clients' privacy and the integrity of the underwriting process, we cannot discuss the specifics of what may have been uncovered on any individual application publicly. As a broker—not a direct lender—we do not control lending decisions, nor do we maintain or place applicants on any industry-wide "do not lend" list. Each lender makes independent credit decisions based on its own underwriting guidelines. We appreciate your perspective and wish you and your business success moving forward.
