Very trustworthy business

Very trustworthy business. I made an order for some watch screws and next day I found them. I asked for cancellation, which was done immediately and money returned.

Breguet 5817 replacement blue rubber strap.

This strap is very high quality and feels better than the one that came with the watch. The original strap felt brittle after less than 1 year and always felt cheap. This one from RoyalWatchStrap feels better made. I will definitely buy another!

Great post sale service

I was looking for a very specific deployment clasp and found Royal Watch Strap. The item arrived to NY during a snow storm and the package was lost, I reached out to the company and they immediately provided tracking info and delivery pictures and offered me a discount to replace the item if it couldn't be found. The item itself fits perfectly and frankly was of better build quality than I expected given it's going on a higher end piece. Recommended.

Excellent customer service

I am completely happy with the service I received. I purchased a steel strap for my watch on the website, but I was unsure when I chose one and ordered it. Amy contacted me via WhatsApp to make sure the item I ordered was compatible with my watch. However, it wasn't. Amy asked me for a photo of my watch and was able to exchange it for the exact one I needed. It arrived and is a great piece. I am very happy with both the service and the quality of the strap! Thank you.

Very high quality

Very fast service, excellent material looks very nice and links very nicely with my RM.
