RVGUARD

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your order experience. We take all customer concerns seriously and have thoroughly reviewed the details of your case. We understand the frustration when tracking information does not align with actual receipt of an item. Our team made multiple attempts to work with you and the carrier to resolve this situation, including requesting additional verification from the delivery location and exploring available options. While we were unable to reach a mutually acceptable resolution through our direct communications, we remain committed to improving our service based on customer feedback. Should you wish to revisit this matter, please contact us directly at [email protected] for further assistance.
