On ​February 27, the customer kindly notified us via email that the package had been found and received, and expressed willingness to repay for the order. We sincerely appreciated this honest gesture. However, as of ​March 16, we have not received payment for the order, nor have we received further communication despite our follow-up. The customer’s original negative review remains published, despite the confirmed resolution of the issue. We always strive to resolve every issue fairly and transparently.
