The packaging is awesome. it does take a while for the product to get to the United States. I cannot review the serum until I have used it a while. I am totally impressed by the philosophy of Sachi!

Unfulfilled order and no communication.
Placed an order in December for a gift for my wife’s birthday and still not received anything, almost 4 weeks later. I’ve emailed them and my wife contacted them via instagram but have received no response. I guess I will have to leave it to my credit card company to resolve. Very disappointing!!

Hi Sat, We are so sorry for the confusion. Your order was shipped on the 9th of January, but was returned to us by the carrier. We reshipped your order on the 23rd of January and it should arrive to you next week. We are taking full responsibility for this issue, but uncertainty remains on UK orders has they have been impacted by strikes in the last 2 months. We will also improve our customer service responses so that you next experience is seemless.
No place to enter discount code
On the website I entered my email to receive 15% off my first purchase but at checkout there was no place to enter the discount code. There was a space for gift cards, but that did not accept my code. While I am looking forward to receiving my purchase it was really frustrating to not be able to use the discount code.

My package arrived late and damaged…
My package arrived late and damaged with half of the products squeezed out of the bottle. I emailed the company and never heard back. The products are already quite tiny so for half of the product to have exploded out means I barely had any product to try. Quite a disappointment

Horrible delivery experience
Horrible delivery experience. First time shipment got lost and received damaged product the second time it arrived. Still trying to resolve issue with customer service however response is slow. Not impressed.
