Hi Jim - We’re sorry you had a bad experience. In this case we had agreed to an exchange an extremely long time after our return window had closed, because you had been a frequent customer. That creates a number of problems in our system with tracking what you had ordered and getting a replacement out, because the order was such a long time ago, and frankly given how it played out we regret making that exception. I’ve asked the team leader of support to look into why we haven’t been replying to you, and make sure we get you confirmation that the replacement is on the way, however if we see a chargeback we will need to freeze any shipments until the chargeback is resolved.
Hi Jordan - Respect is a two way street. As we explained, the product you purchased on eBay was using a stock photo, that showed an additional mount not included with the product. We offered to refund you the equivalent cost to purchase that mount, which would have resulted in you obtaining a more expensive product at the original price, or to arrange a refund (which you have requested through eBay, and has been approved, so I'm not sure what your 'refused a refund' comment is about). We also requested that you stop spamming us with messages and swearing at us in your communications with us, which seems pretty reasonable. Ultimately once we get your product back, assuming it is not damaged, you'll get a full refund.
Hi Jeremy,
I just took a look at the conversation with our support team, and it appears the team member gave you incorrect information. Our return policy states that if the issue is our fault, then we'll work to make it right. In this case, because the product listing was showing incorrect information on the number of rounds per box in one part of the listing and you were provided incorrect information, I'm going to refund the order and you can keep the ammunition, and the support team member who responded to you is getting some extra training.
Thanks,
Brendan
