This is a scam a big scam. I placed an Ulta order and I was charged $54 to my bank account. Thank God I took a screenshot of the so-called payment receipt with order number. I call Ulta and was told that there's no order. Then I went to go check the order number bank statement shows a restaurant in Hong Kong. I've tried to contact seller and contact information false. Investigation is on.
