Terrible service never again
Terrible service, held my money 10+ days, never shipped product, and made me provide all documentation just to get a refund. Never again
We do apologize for the issues, as explained to people, our site was under a DDOS attack by a competitor. We could not access our email nor the site. We did provide full refund once we verified that you did order and we did not HOLD it but we could not show who paid or who did not pay unfortunately and we had a lot of spam emails claiming false orders. Sadly there are some very shady operators that will attack sites and try to hold web sites hostage for bribes. We went through, fixed the site, and improved the site so things do not happen again. But as we explained to you when this happened we had no way to see your order and the information provided to us was lacking for us to assist timely we do apologize.
