糟糕的客户服务和糟糕的…

糟糕的客户服务和糟糕的公司！首先，您无法取消网站上的会员资格，并且使您很难结束订阅。其次，我在网站上挑选了气味，然后当我收到盒子时，发送了不同的气味，它们根本不属于我喜欢的气味类别。我花了几周时间与团队成员来回讨论，但没有采取任何措施，而且气味也被浪费了。我再也不会给这家公司一分钱了。
