Seemingly diluded fragrances...

The perfumes I received have a very faint scent that does not last. I can just barely smell them on myself after spraying them. One of the fragrances was more expensive and I would have just expected better quality, as it seemed diluted. On top of that, it didn't seem like the selection was that great... I put in a request to unsubscribe via email as directed, and just received an email back saying "they're working on it" And I should expect to hear back in 24 to 48 hours.. I'm sorry but this seems like bad business practices going on.. because why should I have to wait up to 48 hours for them to unsubscribe me?...

The vials are very long lasting. More than a month's worth in the way I wear perfumes. However, almost all of the ones I've received seem to have turned. Like they are kept in a hot warehouse and smell very unpleasant. It's also hard to unsubscribe. You have to call or email to end. You can only request delivery frequency on the site.
