I understand your concern about the $82 charge. Let me explain - at checkout we offer shipping insurance through our partner, Onward. This is automatically added for your convenience, but you do have the option to remove it before finalizing your order if you prefer. The shipping insurance gives you perks like 2% cash back to be used on a future purchase as well as protection for shipping damages. If the damage occurs we file the claim for you and replace your item free of charge & immediately while the claim is still processing. If you’d rather not include this service, you can opt out at checkout, but many customers find the extra protection and perks worthwhile.
