It's not the biggest of deals, but I would've preferred to be less inconvenienced into having to provide an official document to a variety topup site, I just wanted to buy video games.. At least, I could say that it's the only site that allowed this kind of purchase, competitors like Offgamers didn't accept my US card, nor Steam itself after having switched its region to Malaysia.

Everything was working properly for me until they removed the payment method mobile money I normally use. I used this payment method for over 30 transactions. When i told customer care, they told me the payment method was unavailable and I should use other payment method which come with using US dollars. I did it and tried using my visa cards to pay. I just kept getting failed transactions. I reported it again and they told me to update my billing address and contact my bank. Did everything, but still getting failed transactions. Why did they have to remove the payment method that was working well for me. Now I can't purchase the cards I need.
