The customer service live chat was the best I've ever experienced from a OSRS gp website. Jason and Shelvy were fantastic. Very quick to respond, coherent and made me feel like a welcomed customer. Only slight criticism is that I think the website should be more clear in the logistics of purchase and deliverly about whether or not the stock in available before purchase. Jason then explained to me to always check with live chat first so next time I will. Brilliant website that allows, me to pay in VND (I am a UK citizen working in Vietnam) it is great to find a place that accepts so many currencies- will definitely return.
