Due to so many folks stuck at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, our order volume is much higher than usual, and some items are selling out quickly, even when they appeared to be in stock at the time of purchase. When you emailed us on 4/2/20, in less than 2 hours, we cancelled and refunded your order, and also called you to confirm. We didn't catch you, so we left a message. You don't seem to have gotten that, so when you emailed again the next day, we responded in less than 30 minutes with a confirmation of the actions we took for you. Thanks for your feedback, and sorry things didn't work out! As you know, this shipment wasn't able to be delivered. UPS stated they had an emergency situation, and also that they couldn't secure an adult signature. Events like that are out of our control, but as soon as we learned of this, we promptly refunded you in-full. We're sorry you were disappointed with that outcome, but given the situation with COVID-19 at the moment, that was the best and fastest way for us to resolve this problem for you.
