Thanks Debra! We're glad you found us - enjoy your order! Kelly, Serious Sips

Thanks again for your order! While our listing for Big Train Low Carb Mocha did include a stock message at the time you ordered, we learned that you were not aware of the delay when you checked in several days after ordering and were happy to provide an update. We are so sorry to hear about the damaged can! Items can occasionally be damaged while in transit due to rough handling, but we will be sure to review how this particular product is packed. More importantly, a replacement will be shipped today. Regarding your original shipping cost, we do offer a variety of options at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and other factors. We feel this is the fairest way to handle shipping, but appreciate your feedback nonetheless! Finally, we are always looking to do better! We appreciate your business, and welcome the opportunity. Thanks again! Chris Serious Sips
