Hello. We want to clarify that Sermo is a closed, secure platform exclusively for verified and credentialed healthcare professionals. If the invitation originated from another external survey application, we unfortunately do not have the ability to confirm your participation or manage compensation for studies run entirely outside of our direct system.

We appreciate your input. To minimize survey terminations and quota issues, invitations are matched to your Sermo profile. This means you may receive fewer invitations, but when a survey matches your profile, it will always be available for you to complete. You can also check real-time opportunities in the “Surveys” section on your Sermo home page.
