Ma'am.. I said verbatim "I'm sorry.. can you please repeat that?" in an extremely nice voice. I was never rude to you and I'm sorry you took it that way. I apologized multiple ways and multiple times. Again, I do apologize that you took me not hearing you as an attitude, I am very sorry.
