Upon arrival I noticed that my box came slightly damaged from transit and chose to inspect the doll for damage as well. The doll while undamaged absolutely did not suit my personal preferences. The skin texture on the doll was far too exaggerated for my taste and killed any appeal I had for the doll. I soon reached out to the team via their Discord and later email explaining the situation and requesting a refund. While my particular situation did not qualify for a full refund due to opening the sealed bag the doll came in, the team helped me out. I was granted details on the manufacturing process, a 30% refund on my order total, and a complementary set of underwear for the doll. They listened to my concerns and feedback with open ears and reassured me that my concerns were valid and that they would be looking to implement certain changes in the future. This is a prime of business done right and a company doing right by their customers regardless of the circumstance. I will definitely be returning and looking forward to future product releases.

I finally got my Jennifer 2.0 and I’m amazed by how well she’s made. I love how she jiggles & claps! Heavy but soft & realistic. Customer service responded in a very timely manner resolved issue and product received in 3 days as it was expedited; also received a free gift for the small delay. Great customer service. I was hesitant about making my first purchase on a torso toy from not so well known site. I discovered the site thru a sub section on adult doll forum. The customer service agent walked me thru the pros and cons for their selection of toys and helped me narrow down options they believe would suite my taste. We went back a forth a few times and response time was usually under a day. They were able to provide me with more detailed photos of certain products not available on their website upon request. I ended up going with the Olsen 2.0. Shipping was surprising fast, I am located in California. My package arrived within 4 days from their Texas warehouse.
Starting off the box was doubled boxed. Single box and when delivered the box was damaged and the item was partly visible. The weight wasn’t an issue. The jiggly was good. But to be honest the first time I used it I was under the influence of alcohol and enjoyed but when I used it sober it felt weird. I felt like a weirdo. Judging the realness on a scale to 1-10 I feel like the look is 6 out of 10 on realness. It close to the real thing but not that close. It’s a decent substitute but not close enough to the real thing. I’ve had many big booty women natural and bbl so it’s close but not that close. I am not sure I will keep it long even though I paid a lot of money. It just feels to awkward for me.
Ordered Doris as it’s more realistic (proportions wise) than the bigger 55lbs torso, and received it in just a few days. It’s much smaller than expected, hips being supposedly 53.9 inch. Aside from that, looks, softness, and feel are good, and weight is pretty low. It would have been perfect for me if it was larger overall, every thing else is good!
