Super fast ship and WOW. This swing is constructed like a brick s%$@house. Sturdy, well-made, and oh, so much fun! Very pleased with much better quality and more comfortable than expected. Great purchase!
We love this review! It made us smile, laugh and feel super happy we have such a satisfied customer. Thank you.
Fast and easy ordering, reasonable pricing, shipped right away. Overall a great online shopping experience. I'll definitely give them more of my business in the future.
Purchased based on the review video. Best decision!
Got the perfect swing thanks to abby and also some very interesting and helpful mounting ideas.
Great quality, super strong, with plenty of adjustments & very comfortable !
Exactly what we wanted, delivered quickly at a reasonable price
Good customer service. Kind and polight I would purchase again
Company drop shipped me a used sex swing and refused to refund me. Was forced to escalate the case to PayPal, after which they refunded my purchase and apologized.
Sorry for the problem. It is not acceptable and we fully agree with you. This is why most swing ship directly from us and we do not accept returns. Nobody wants to receive a used sex item- ever. We are in contact with the distributors and manufacturer trying to figure out who accepted a returned item and thought it was OK to repackage it and send it out from their warehouse- definitely not us. Unfortnatually, your original contact was completely misunderstood by us and we totally acknowledge the steps we could have taken to clear the matter up quickly for you, and we do apologize for all the trouble.
The in depth reveiws and comparisons made choosing easy. Shipping was fast and discrete.
Service was great, I ordered the Screamer single hook, my order was processed right away. I had questions about adding to my order to convert single hook into a double hook, got a e-mail response immediately and I added dual hooks and springs to my package. I hot my order extremely fast. Customer service was great, and my swing is amazing. My wife and I are verry pleased with this product and customer service. I highly recommend sexswing.com and the Screamer swing is the one to go with.
Excellent product. It exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Also shipping was on time.
Works great. Better to "dry run" to get the placement where you want. Fumbling with it too much can make it mr happy needing time to get going again.Wife had back surgery and does the trick, helps take pressure off back and with squirting results. Happy couple
There are so many sex swings on the market but the screamer sex swing superseded all others according to all my research and I wasn't wrong. Im in Australia and there is nothing like it here in Aus. It arrived faster then I could have imagined. And WOW what a swing. So well made, and super comfy. You can honestly spend hours upon hours in it. Do yourself a favor and look no further. This is the only swing to have.
Quick shipping - discrete packaging.
Just wonderful , easy to talk to people! Helped me immediately and with perfect information! Thank you so much!
An extra pair makes it a bit more comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was the 360° butterfly clip. A little difficult to undo for adjusting the chain clamp points. I fixed that. Removed that clip. Modified a carabiner. And works awesome.
Didn’t get any instructions on how to install
In your order, you wrote in the comments that there are children in your house to make the gift look anonymous and discreet. This is why some of the manufacturers do not include graphics or identifying information in the box and have instructions online. Kids can sometimes open boxes. As such all instructions are on our website, SexSwing.com, under the instructions tab. I hope this makes sense- we tried to do as you wished in your order notes.
Love the swing itself! My only issue is that the headrest is not comfortable.
Thanks for the review. This was a service review question but we will take your feedback on the headrest as well. I hope we sent it out fast enough and our service was fantastic for you. You will get a request in a couple more days to review the products themselves and we would love your feedback. What is the issue with the headrest? Maybe it is something we can help you fix, sometimes it is a quick adjustment that we can suggest and it makes all the difference.
Arrived even quicker than expected. Very heavy duty and comfortable.
