They have a super-helpful and customer-friendly support service. I have had a problem with joining a giveaway and the support service generously compensated my problem. Apart from that the site is very reliable and easy to use. I have made more than 20 trades and all of them were swift and easy.
I've used the site for multiple purchases, no issues throughout, although I've never tried withdrawing money from selling skins I believe that ShadowPay will be consistent in that regard as well. Overall experience after multiple purchases - 5 Star.
Awesome the support are very kind and helpful
even on maintenance, i received good feedback from customer support, would recommend
Edit: "Sir, after consulting with our team, we came to the conclusion that ShadowPay in any case should take care of its reputation and its users We offer you as a bonus for using our site to receive a small cash accrual to your account We are very sorry that you have such a situation." Now where u c such professionalism shadowpay i salute u and ur willingness to work i highly recommend them over waxpeer or anyother site dispite or 10% combined fees of sale and withdraw as i have said before not a single problem has come and in this problem time they have again showed their great love and solved it Love u The problem: Not a single problem with shadowpay until now i had a glock gamma doppler - emerald which is worth 150$ at the time of writing now i use the shadowpay app to list items so as usual i listed item using the app when i return i saw my glock emerald sold only for 12 $ when i dug in i found out they have no filters for glock gamma doppler emerald so i contacted support so after 11 days the support resolved saying that we dont have the filter and u listed ur item for the price now funny thing is u cant list a MW gamma doppler for more than 75$ they are not compensating for the loss which is partially caused by them.
Site is good, I love the interface of it. Selling here is pretty safe cause you know neither the seller or buyer information until the transaction happens. However, Shadowpay can you please provide another method for checking the buyer information, like steam account create date and steam level when transaction happens, this is to prevent API scam for the seller.
I got a lot of questions. Please contact me as soon as possible.
Hello! We apologise for the delay, if your question is still an issue, kindly ask you to contact our support team https://support.shadowpay.com/ or leave your E-mail here, please
Shadowpay is the best place to buy and sell CSGO Skins And they have the best support
The Support help with my problems it was wonderful.
Shadowpay is really fast & super smooth, no glitches at all, you can get skins for half the price deals are super hot ;) I would definitely recommend Shadowpay if you wish to sell or buy skins, they also support Crypto .. it is a win win situation
1st-day user experience, I just wanted to get some CS: GO skins and decided to give a shot to this website, so I liked a few skins for around 200$ which I bought and received stress-free, but then I added 500$ and the website got stuck I patiently waited a few minutes to "fix itself" but that never happened which forced me to close the browser and re-open and guess what? I was not able to log in back to my account since I've tried different browsers I tried from my phone and nothing helps. tomorrow morning I'll have to call my bank and let them know that I've been scammed and I hope they will deal with the matter successfully UPDATE: After talking to the support, it seems my account have been suspended due to suspicious activity and after providing the relevant documents my account is back to normal
Hello, Your ShadowPay account has been temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity as outlined in our Terms of Use. Your case is under investigation. We kindly ask you to contact our customer support via this link: https://support.shadowpay.com/en
Money was sent to my bank in less than 24hours, a very good site to buy and sell skins.
I was afraid with the comments about the site that it is a scam site after I sold my skin because while I was trying to withdraw my money daily withdrawal limit was 0.9$ daily and the minimum withdrawal limit was $10. So, thought that my money is gone but the day after I could withdraw my money successfully, I advise it.
I had a problem with the site and after contacting support it was resolved within a few hours. However, the problem could have been avoided if the site made clear the requirements for funds to be eligible withdrawal from the website. Still a great website and I've trusted them with hundreds of dollars in csgo skins so they're legit.
