Really poor customer support high selling fees on market (5%) + high withdrawal fee (5%) and on top of that their withdrawals dont even function properly. Full of errors.
As I mentioned before customer support is close to non existent. I have an account around 100K € I DON'T reccomed selling on this site.
Yes I close the tickets after waiting for one and a half hours.
I spoke to the agent he answeard asked me a question. I provided the information and after one and a half hours I've decided to close it since waiting so long shouldn't be normal. On other websites customer support is fast, responsive and helpful as you said it yourself customer support is very important to you as well. Therefore I'm not willing to delete my post since I didn't lie in any of my statements and customers should know about good and bad experience.

Avoid this site, I deposited 21,85 ( 1,30 fee ) to buy an item for 20,55 and when I deposited my money I only got 20,50. I'm literally missing 5 cents to buy my item and for depositing there is a minimal deposit requirement of 1,85.
( I deposited when there was a bonus active atm ( 3% deposit bonus ).
Doesn't matter, Now I know which site to avoid.

I deposited money on the site, got my balance and when i wanted to buy skin i've got error which says:

I deposited a smaller amount of money earlier and bought the item without any problems, this time I deposited a larger amount and when I wanted to buy a knife, I got this error saying "You are banned from purchasing items, untill null" It looks like i got scammed by site
EDIT: I've contacted the support and after +/- 24 hours they got in touch with me, did KYC procedure and solved the problem, but the one thing is - it costed me so much stress. Afterall I wanted to buy same exact knife and saw that price increased arround 30 euro, which is also bad look for the site. So i have to admit the experience wasnt good at all

Usually, I don't write reviews, but I feel it's necessary to leave feedback about this platform. I've been using Shadowpay for over a year now. I must commend the website structure; it's easy to use this platform. Withdrawal of funds is quite straightforward and secure, so there are no issues with cashing out. Skins are delivered within a few minutes, which is unmatched!
However, I have some observations. There are two major shortcomings:
Betting systems: Often, I want to purchase certain items at my desired price, and for that, such a system would be necessary.
The biggest downside is the lack of bulk buy options. For example, if you want to buy 100 cases, you have to sweat it out and click on each box separately...
When buying 50 items (50 being the maximum limit), purchasing is a relatively lengthy process because each item is bought individually, so completing a full basket purchase takes about ~2 minutes (though it could be instantaneous).
