This small Kung Fu temple based in an exciting ancient style Chinese village was my home for one month. I learnt so much in that time.
ShiFu ShiYanHao works tirelessly everyday to provide varied and tailored training from meditation to power-training, mandarin classes to Kung Fu sparring. Every class was challenging and exciting.
Local children train at this temple too, they are cute but also incredibly strong!
The accommodations are clean and comfortable, every meal was delicious and balanced. I enjoyed bonding with my room-mate, locals and the varied personalities from all over the world who also attended.
Kung Fu is community, I recommend this experience to anyone interested in exploring Chinese culture and learning Kung fu in an intimate setting.

INCREDIBLE! I came here to train from London and enjoyed my time so much I extended my stay. I have learnt so much in the last 3 weeks and would recommend this experience to anybody interested in martial arts. We train Monday - Friday and master shifu is able to trailer our lessons according to our abilities and needs as we all work at different paces.
Living situations is comfortable and wholesome, we are fed 3 times a day home cooked healthy meals. There is also plenty of local stores nearby.
Weekends you can rest or explore the beautiful city.
Overall I have become stronger physically and mentally and would definitely return.
