But please note that for the package, the way it was measured should be correct, the package has the tendency to swell up when too many goods were placed in it. In which, it cannot hold it's perfect rectangle shape anymore. For your future orders, you may ask us to take a picture of the parcel weighting on scale before the shipment. In this case, it should be measured under one certain reference (usually the vertical wall space). And that’s is the correct way for measure. The measurement differences are 2&4&5 cm. The difference was mainly caused by the different measurement methods and the opening of the carton.
