The shoes seem to be of decent quality but impossible to put on due to restricted 'throat ' size! All offers for refund are weighted in favour of suppliers as the postage cost is high and hardly worth the time involved with no guarantee - very common with chinese/overseas suppliers. Answer is obvious really!
The shoes were way too small
The shoes were way too small. Wanted to send them back, but they don’t accept returns. They would however give me 50 % on my next purchase 🤬 Dag Hauge
STAY AWAY - LOUSY/NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT
TO ALL : Ordered 2x pair of mens shoes size 48 wide (EU size). Should be approx +310 mm long (approx. 14 US size). They send me 2x 290 mm long shoes or size 45,5 according to Wikipedia mens shoe size table. Customer support ask me to pay for return of the faulty supply of goods, i.e. return the shoes to China at my own cost, before any refund is possible !!! Come again ?? In 2nd communication from Customer support they admit that they are "out of stock" of 310 shoes... China has a long way to go to understand the customer perspective. Their unacceptable FALL BACK solution is to receive a 20% refund and keep the goods. Never again - please stay away from these totally hopeless business people. AK Aasen Oslo - Norway
