Complaint will be ignored

I ordered a painless blood sugar and blood pressure monitor there for 36 euros (Ordernr.: SHO84470). After a few weeks, the part was delivered. I unpacked it, read the manual, inserted batteries and wanted to test the device. But the display on the device remained dark. After a battery replacement, nothing changed in this situation. So I wrote an email to the delivery company. But there has been no answer to this day. So be careful, hands off this company.

Do nit buy from them

Do not buy from them. I ordered a 32TB SSD and received an unusable unit. And when I tried to send it back I could not get a response. Beware

Goods never received

Pulse Oximeter instead Vlood Glucose Meter

A divice is offert by the company in an internet commercial which can measure blood glucose at the fingertip with a sensor, without taking blood. Only a very close look at the ad reveals tha it is only a Pulse Oximeter. The subcontractor "VIP-Service" in charge of the transaction refused to take the devices back.
