First, I must e claim that the upflow toilet works perfectly. However, our contractor failed at installing the toilet seat. It just wasn't correctly installed. I went to home depot to find replacement parts, and they couldonly give me the phone number for the manufacturer, or supplier.
Which turned out perfectly!! I explained our install problem, and to my surprise and delight, they sent by UPS, a complete replacement parts and toilet seat!! Plus, the install instructions! So I was able to completely install the new toilet seat, with all new parts! Thank you so much!!!!!!@@

I purchased a toilet from Simple…this is a company that stands behind their products.
I purchased a toilet from Simple Project that made it to me quickly and I undamaged. When I installed it the water wouldn’t stay in the bowl and my room started smelling like the sewer. I went to my local hardware store, not wanting to deal with the smell and purchased a new toilet. Problem solved. Expecting a run around with Simple Project I found them to be very pleasant. They were fast, thorough,and went out of their way to assure me that they would make this right. Look, life happens and in the manufacturing of toilets some issues occur. I get it. Simple Projects and their rep Linda went above and beyond to make me whole in this and I would refer them to anyone. Thanks again for all your help Simple Projects.
The dimensions were different than the website so I tried to return the item, 3 days no response. Then they responded with please keep it and we will give you $40 out of the $287 purchase. Still going back and forth sending pictures and texts and emails. Still not resolved not happy with the company! UPDATE : I did hear back from them and they did provide a return shipping label so I was able to ship back the items and I did receive a refund after I told them I returned it. SO it was a rough start buy they stepped up and did the right thing !

I recently ordered a toilet from your company. ( Order # SP2638 ). I read reviews on this item and thought it was the best choice for me. I recently remodeled my bathroom and so when the new toilet arrived I removed the old toilet that was working well, and installed the Elemaz 21" toilet . It was clear that there was an issue within a very short period of time. The water was not staying in the bowl, and when it got low enough than the smell of raw sewage filled my room. I immediately called a plumber ( West Coast PLumbing ) and they ran a camera down the vent line and found no obstruction. Vents clear - lines are clear, seems like it has to be the toilet. I purchased a new toilet from Home Depot ( not the height or color I wanted ) and sure enough all my toilet problems disappeared. I would assume that you would like your toilet back to figure out where the problem is. I have the toilet in the original box and look forward to hearing from you. Yours Truly Leon Hutchens

They had the toilet I wanted. I could not find what I wanted anywhere else.
It was just soooo easy to work with these people.
Delivery seemed practically immediate :-) I got estimates of 6 weeks to 6 months from other suppliers. I got my two piece toilet from Simple Projects in less than 10 days.

The lid does not fit as tight as it should.
Other then that, it was delivered in a timely maner and
all the pieces were there and undamaged.

I purchased the compact corner toilet. A great solution for a small area that I turned into a powder room in the basement of our home. Shipping was prompt and the product were significantly sent in two packages that protected the unit from damage. The quality of the product seems very good I would buy again.
