Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to leave a review. At Sinister Diesel, we work hard to deliver a consistent 5-star experience, and it means a lot to hear that our products continue to meet your expectations. We appreciate your loyalty and are always here if you need anything.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At Sinister Diesel, we’re committed to delivering a true 5-star customer experience, and we’re glad to hear our team was able to step in and make sure your order arrived—UPS challenges and all. We appreciate your trust and your feedback. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help.
Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of the material. Because some of our exhaust parts are designed as universal fit, the length can vary slightly and may require trimming during installation. Fitment can also differ depending on model year and configuration. If you’d like, our team can help double-check fitment for your specific truck and walk you through the install. Please feel free to reach out through our Help Center so we can make sure everything is dialed in for you.
Hey Gauge - we apologize on the delay. We had one piece of the kit on back-order and unfortunately that delayed out your order. We do send a back-order email and it is usually followed up with a phone call. We will use your feedback to better our system. It does show that your order went out on 7/25 and should have been delivered. Please reach out to us directly with any issues. Thank you for your business.
