Tom, thank you for explaining what happened. We are sorry the product you received did not match what you expected. That is understandably frustrating. Thank you for your feedback, Cheryl. Your order was submitted on December 22. Our office is closed on weekends, as well as December 24 through 26 and December 31 through January 2 for the Christmas and New Year holidays. With those closures, your request was still within our stated 4 to 6 business day turnaround time, which is noted on our quote request form. That said, we understand how the delay felt from your side, especially for a small order, and we regret that this was not communicated more clearly. Every order matters to us, regardless of size, and we never want a customer to feel overlooked. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will use this feedback to improve communication during holiday periods.
