Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the frustration you experienced while trying to take advantage of the promotion. Occasionally, website issues, browser settings, or coupon restrictions can prevent a promotion from applying correctly. We wish you had reached out to our support team before leaving a review, as we would have been happy to investigate the issue and help you complete your order. Our contact information is on our website, however for a faster response customers can reach us by email for assistance. We strive to respond as quickly as possible and resolve any issues that arise. We appreciate your interest in the promotion and hope you'll give us another opportunity to assist you in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and for your comments about the quality of our products. We're sorry to hear that you believe an item was missing from your order. However, we're disappointed that a 3-star review was left without first reaching out to our support team or submitting a missing-item claim through our website. We take order accuracy seriously and have procedures in place to investigate and resolve these types of issues when they occur. If an item was missing, we would have welcomed the opportunity to review your order, packing records, and shipment details so we could make things right if an error occurred. Unfortunately, this is the first time we are hearing about the issue through your review. Please contact our support team or submit a claim through our website, and we'll be happy to look into the matter for you. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you.
