Thanks for your feedback. Just a quick note - we do price match eligible competitors. If you find the same item for less, reach out to us and we'll be happy to review it.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for any frustration. We did want to gently clarify the timeline, since we never stopped responding. Your message about returning and reordering came in at 4:57 PM, just three minutes before our 5:00 PM close, and our team followed up first thing the next morning when we reopened. We were simply closed for the evening, not ignoring you. When we reviewed the photos you sent, everything that comes with the SE Performance Sway Bar Kit was actually included in your order. The billet arms you were looking for belong to a different sway bar system, so nothing was missing. From there we set up your return, emailed your prepaid return label, and helped you order the Baja Ron Ultra kit with next-day shipping so you'd have it in time for your trip. We completely understand wanting it handled quickly, and we're glad we could get the replacement headed your way fast. If there's ever anything else we can do, please reach out to us at [email protected] or 800-211-1396. Safe travels, and we hope you love the new setup!
