Where to start? Firstly, the unit cost over €600, bought via a UK reseller. The reseller was helpful, comms from the company itself were good, but the equipment is pure and utter junk.
Faults include:
* Only ONE phone can be paired at a time. No auto switching between different phones.
* The onboard mic is beyond useless.
* The FM radio reception is truly woeful.
* Worst of all, the MP3 player jacked within 12 months. SatNav audio failed at the same time.
The ONLY thing that functions well is the SatNav.
No exchange offered.
This is pure junk and is not fit for purpose.
Dont Order From Here, FAKE COMPANY, They will just take your money and never give you what you order.
I ordered an in-dash Navigation and a back up camera with it. All in all i spent $950.00 Cad.
Before i ordered it, i had emailed the support team for what exact item i needed for my vehicle and they got back to me asap. I ordered the item, then got emailed the order # swell as a transaction ID. A couple of days passed and i still haven't got a Tracking Order #, More than 8 business days have passed and still never got anything from them, i started to call and emailed multiple times, but the business # they have doesn't even work, and never replied to all the email i sent them, I ended up calling DHL to look up this company and my address if there was any activity of my order being shipped and they did not find anything at all. I called PAYPAL to see what was going on, and they to should have received a tracking # but they didn't. Thanks to Paypal, they were able to investigate it and give me a full refund. So pretty much this company just took my money and thats all, and i hope all of you read this before buying and use Paypal so that this will never happen to you, like it did for me.
We are traveling Australia after purchasing and installing a unit into 100 series Landcruiser 12 months ago we realized maps a out of date with new road works on the east coast.One email and less than 12 hours later we have new maps and are back on track. Thanks.
Smartauto24 have some of the best aftermarket navigation systems I have seen. My 2011 Hyundai Sonata navigation system has been great for me. Yes I have came across some problems, but nothing Smartauto24 support team can't handle. All my questions were answered quikly and my problems solved. Smartauto24 also stands 100% next to ther warrenty ""Trust me"" I no!!! So in my advise get your new navigation system with Smartauto24 you will not be disappointed...
All I can say is wow! Order new head unit for VW Touareg and is by far an amazing product. Everything works as if the head was made by VW. The only challenge is using an iPod to control music... It works and sounds amazing, just iPod has limited control

Bought a unit for my Touareg and Allen was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions and resolve a problem that i had caused by ordering an incorrect part. Any questions i had about the install he provided instructions with pictures to help me resolve any issue. I will 100% buy from Smartauto24 again since their products are a vast upgrade to the stock maps on most OE nav systems. Bought unit for Touareg. Needed help with setup and to get backup camera working and they answered all my questions with photos as well. Nothing seems too hard. always polite and always have got back to me . Definitely not bad value .
